Special Orders and Requests
For any items you may not see online or in our catalog please contact our Customer Service Center and let us know what you are looking for. We have access to hundreds of items for teams, recitals and performances we cannot list them all. Sorry, special orders are not returnable or refundable.

Return Policy
Returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Special orders are not returnable or refundable. Exchanges will be charged an exchange shipping rate of $4.50. All defective merchandise must have prior authorization for return. If it is a manufacturers defect we will send a return envelope for the item and replace it.

A few return guidelines to follow:

• No returns on Tights, Body Tights, CDs or Videos.
• Must be in new condition in original packaging. Tags must be attached.
• Must be prepaid postage- any postage due package will be returned
• Please include a letter of what you would like a credit to your credit card or an exchange.
• Send us a copy of the original invoice, this will make the return process must faster.
